Creating a brand identity for Habode co-living spaces to vastly improve the bleak, impersonal experience with traditional high street letting agents. Adding some energy and daring colours to the property space, Habode is designed to appeal to the curious, seeking something a little extra when renting.
Renting can feel like you’re running in place, but we don’t need to settle for blank, magnolia walls. We can seek the homes that make our creative souls sing, without the pressure and commitment of buying.

Saying No to Magnolia
For many, the experience of renting is a dull one, with magnolia walls as standard, and little to no communication when something goes wrong. Habode is setting out to change that, adding some extra cream on top. Specifically for creatives, Habode is seeking out spacious properties full of character and quirk to rent out to free spirits who want more from the place they call home.
A Statement Identity
Creating the identity for Habode flowed from the simple mission of the brand: Find homes that feel like home, and be people who feel like friends.
With promise and plans for the future, the identity had to be versatile enough to accommodate, but solid enough to create a statement upon launch. The colour palette was a daring choice, but the integrity of the brand has enough merit to pull it off.
Tone of Voice
Their tone of voice is matter of fact and sincere, with your best interest at heart, and more. Habode plan to expand the horizon of opportunities for their members, from exclusive events to workshops, and a community app to connect with other members.
The simple checklist style dialogue is a nod to how simple and easy it is to be matched with your dream creative haven using their online form. Simply input your property preferences, add your desirables, and be matched with dream homes in your selected area.
